Ibiza Travel Guide

Hello lovers! I have missed you. I’ve been traveling nonstop and needed a breather to catch up on life and sleep but I’m back! If you’ve been following me on my insta, you saw that I just got back from Spain! Did a bestie trip with one of my girlfriends who I’ve known since middle school. We traveled to Ibiza, Mallorca and Barcelona. I wanted to break it down to you and show you my travel diary, tips and fashion.

First stop was Ibiza, which has been on my bucket list for years. It took about a full day to get to the Magic Island and honestly we were crashing hard upon arrival but we were only there for the weekend so there was no time to waste!

We rented a cute apartment on AirBnB right along the beach. The views were spectacular.

It was sunset when we arrived so after checking in, we rested for a little bit, got dressed and went dancing right away. When we made our travel plans, it was in February so the release dates of who was playing where was not published yet. We stayed in Ibiza Friday through Sunday; what we realized after the lineup was released early summer was that the most popping days on the island for music was Saturday through Wednesday. We tried to extend our stay in Ibiza to see Kygo and Nora En Pure on Sunday but couldn’t. Nonetheless, we still had an epic time! First night, we went to the iconic Pacha for Nic Fanciulli. I love deep house. The club wasn’t packed at all, which was nice because we didn’t have to fight for dancing room. Also, no one really goes out until late, 1am — 7am, so you can sleep in and beach all afternoon until the party starts.

We rented a moped on Saturday until Sunday to drive to the west side of the island, which only took 30 minutes to explore. The beaches were nicer and we wanted to go to Cafe Del Mar to watch the sunset and have dinner. That alone was my favorite moment on the trip. I can’t even describe how beautiful the sunset was. I’ve never seen anything like it. There were hundreds of people on the boardwalk mesmerized by the view. Once the sun went down, everyone applaud, the dance music was turnt up and the party started. It was really fun to witness and be a part of.

After dinner, we went home, changed and went straight to Ushuaïa to see Ants perform. Open air day club with a huge stage. The music was amazing as was the production and vibes. The day club closes at midnight.

Afterwards, one of the security guards recommended we go to right across the street. We didn’t know what to expect but had the best time here! There were three different rooms that showcased three different types of electronic music. Our favorite room was the BATHROOM! Yes, that’s right. There was a DJ in the bathroom—Paul Reynolds threw down. The room had about 10 stalls on each side and the DJ booth was right in the middle. It was wild! The headliner was Black Coffee who was also amazing!

Overall, Ibiza was so much fun! More fun that I expected. I told my girlfriends I’d love to come back for my bachelorette party hehe Spent our last day beaching it before our evening flight to Mallorca.
