It’s my birthday! Another year older, another year wiser, right? This past year flew by lighting fast. To be honest, I was ready for it to be over. It didn’t start out as I imagined. There were a lot of growing pains, tears and triumphs. What I learned is the best investment you can make is always in yourself. It’s always worth it. Believe in your inner Beyonce! If you don’t believe in yourself, who will? Trying to make this year my healthiest and happiest year yet; physically, mentally and emotionally.
