Twenty Eighteen

Happy 2018 dolls! Hope you had a fantastic and memorable NYE. I had a relaxing night in at the Four Seasons with my #pic4eva. We celebrated the conclusion of 2017, and now I am ready to take on 2018 with a full heart and open mind.

As we get older and life gets busier, time to self-reflect and refocus becomes more limited. To start the new year in the right direction and maintain the trajectory, I believe we must dedicate time to reflect and modify our goals to sustain a realistic and healthy outlook throughout the year.

I’d like to share with you some of my intentions: be present in the moment; let go of worrying; stay humble; trust the process of life; and for a healthy relationship between my mind, body, and soul.
